SURROGACY ACT 2010 - SECT 22
Best interests of child are paramount
22 Best interests of child are paramount
(1) The Court must be satisfied that the making of the parentage order is in
the best interests of the child.
(2) This precondition is a mandatory
precondition to the making of a parentage order.
