SURROGACY ACT 2010 - SECT 34
Surrogacy arrangement must be in writing
(1) The surrogacy arrangement must be in the form of an agreement in writing,
signed by the birth mother, the birth mother's partner (if any) and the
applicant or applicants.
(2) This precondition does not apply to a
pre-commencement surrogacy arrangement.
