SURVEYING AND SPATIAL INFORMATION ACT 2002 - SECT 14

14 Applications to Civil and Administrative Tribunal for administrative reviews of determinations

Any registered surveyor against whom action is taken under this Part may apply to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an administrative review under the Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997 of the Board's determination to take such action.

Note : A decision of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal determining an application under this section may be appealed to the Supreme Court directly. See Schedule 5 (Occupational Division) to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 .
