SURVEYING AND SPATIAL INFORMATION ACT 2002 - SECT 33A
Delegation
33A Delegation
(1) The Surveyor-General may delegate the exercise of any function of the
Surveyor-General under this or any other Act (other than this power of
delegation) to-- (a) any person employed in the Department, or
(b) any
person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section
by the regulations.
(2) This section does not apply to any function of the
Surveyor-General as a member of the Electoral Districts Redistribution Panel
under Part 3 of the Electoral Act 2017 .
