SUPREME COURT ACT 1970 - SECT 32
Appointment of President
32 Appointment of President
(1) The Governor may, by commission under the public seal of the State,
appoint a Judge of Appeal to be President of the Court of Appeal.
(2) A Judge
of Appeal may be appointed to be President of the Court of Appeal at the time
of his or her appointment as a Judge of Appeal or at any time afterwards.
