STRATA SCHEMES MANAGEMENT ACT 2015 - SECT 193
Building inspectors
(1) In this Part,
"building inspector" means a person appointed for the purposes of this Part as
a building inspector for building work.
(2) A person is qualified to be
appointed as a building inspector only if the person is a member of a class of
persons prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section.
