STRATA SCHEMES MANAGEMENT ACT 2015 - SECT 211G
Power of authorised officers to enter premises
(1) An authorised officer may enter any premises at any reasonable time.
(2)
Entry to any premises may be effected with or without the authority of a
search warrant.
(3) This section does not empower an authorised officer to
enter any part of premises that is used predominantly for residential purposes
without the consent of the occupier of the part or under the authority of a
search warrant under this Division.
