STRATA SCHEMES MANAGEMENT ACT 2015 - SECT 213B
Liability of professional associations in respect of accreditation functions
(1) A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by a
professional association, or an individual acting under the direction of a
professional association, does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted
to be done in good faith for the purpose of executing functions under this
Part, subject the professional association or individual so acting to any
action, liability, claim or demand.
(2) In this section--
"professional association" means a body that is prescribed by the regulations
for the purposes of this definition.
