Prohibition on certain disclosures of information by tax officers
81 Prohibition on certain disclosures of information by tax officers
A person who is or was a tax officer must not disclose any information
obtained under or in relation to the administration of a taxation law, except
as permitted by this Division.
: Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
