(a) information is given or communicated to an inspecting officer, as permitted by section 15 (2) or this section, for the purposes of an inspection, or of a report on an inspection, under this Part of an eligible authority's records, or
(b) an inspecting officer obtains information as a result of being given access to records of an eligible authority, as permitted by section 15 (2), for the purposes of an inspection under this Part of the authority's records,the inspecting officer may, despite any other law, communicate to another inspecting officer, make use of, or make a record of, the information for the purposes of an inspection, or of a report on an inspection, under this Part of the authority's records.
