TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1990 - SECT 14
Managing Director to manage and control affairs of the TAFE Commission
(1) The affairs of the TAFE Commission are to be managed and controlled by the
Managing Director, subject to any direction of the Minister under this Act.
(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf of, the
TAFE Commission by the Managing Director is taken to have been done by the
TAFE Commission.
