TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1990 - SECT 31

31 Financial year
(1) The financial year of the TAFE Commission is the year commencing on 1
July.
(2) A different financial year may be determined by the Treasurer under
section 4 (1A) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983 .
