UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND ACT 1993 - SECT 8A
The Council
(1) There is to be a Council of the University.
(2) The Council is the
governing authority of the University and has the functions conferred or
imposed on it by or under this Act.
(3) Schedule 1 has effect in relation to
the members and procedure of the Council.
