WASTE AVOIDANCE AND RESOURCE RECOVERY ACT 2001 - SECT 32
Term of Scheme Coordinator agreement
(1) The term of a Scheme Coordinator agreement must not exceed 7 years.
(2)
The Minister may, with the consent of the Scheme Coordinator, extend the
agreement for a further period (not exceeding 3 years). The term of the
agreement must not be extended more than twice (that is, so that the agreement
has effect for a total period not exceeding 13 years).
