Meaning of "supplier" in relation to sale by vending machine
37 Meaning of "supplier" in relation to sale by vending machine
For the purposes of this Subdivision, a person is a
"supplier" in relation to the supply of a beverage by vending machine if the
person is the lessee or (if there is no lessee) the owner of the vending
machine.
