(b) in purported compliance with any requirement imposed by or under this Part or under regulations made under this Part,provide any information that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of a corporation--4,000 penalty units, or(b) in the case of an individual--1,000 penalty units.
