Provision by EPA of financial assistance and guarantees
49 Provision by EPA of financial assistance and guarantees
(1) The EPA may, for the purposes of exercising the EPA's functions under this
Act-- (a) provide loans, grants, subsidies and other financial assistance, and
(b) subject to subsection (2), provide financial guarantees.
(2) The EPA may
provide a financial guarantee only with the approval of the Minister and the
concurrence of the Treasurer.
