239AA Definitions

In this Division--

"act of terrorism" --see section 239AB.

"insurer" includes a licensed insurer, a self-insurer and a specialised insurer.

"threshold amount" --see section 239AC.

"TRF" means the Terrorism Re-insurance Fund (if any) established under section 239AE.
