WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 126

126 When right may be exercised

A WHS entry permit holder may exercise a right under Division 2 or 3 of this Part only during the usual working hours at the workplace.

: WHS civil penalty provision.

: Maximum penalty--

(a) for an individual--121 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate--607 penalty units.
