WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 189

189 Offence to impersonate inspector

A person who is not an inspector must not, in any way, hold himself or herself out to be an inspector.

: Maximum penalty--

(a) for an individual--121 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate--607 penalty units.
