WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 193

193 Compliance with improvement notice

The person to whom an improvement notice is issued must comply with the notice within the period specified in the notice.

: Maximum penalty--

(a) for an individual--607 penalty units, or

(b) for a body corporate--3,036 penalty units.
