WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 - SECT 227

227 Decision on internal review

As soon as practicable after reviewing the decision, the internal reviewer must give the applicant in writing--

(a) the decision on the internal review, and

(b) the reasons for the decision.
