WATER MANAGEMENT ACT 2000 - SECT 147

Delegation by corporations and boards

147 Delegation by corporations and boards

A corporation or a board may by instrument in writing delegate--

(a) to any member of the corporation or board, or
(b) to any employee of the corporation,
any of its functions, other than this power of delegation.
