WATER MANAGEMENT ACT 2000 - SECT 165
Abandonment of rates and charges
165 Abandonment of rates and charges
(1) A corporation may, in accordance
with the rules, waive or reduce rates, charges and interest due.
(2) Rates
and charges may be waived under this section only if the auditor of the
corporation certifies that the waiver is in accordance with the rules and has
been approved by the board of the corporation.
