Auditor's right to access to information
167 Auditor's right to access to information
(1) An auditor of a corporation
has a right of access at all reasonable times to the accounts and records of
the corporation.
(2) A board member, or an employee of, a corporation must
comply with any reasonable request by the auditor of the corporation to
provide information or documents relating to the accounts or financial
statements or related records of the corporation. : Maximum penalty--20
penalty units.
