WATER MANAGEMENT ACT 2000 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.

(2) Different days may be appointed for the commencement of a single provision of Schedule 7 or 8 for the purpose of commencing the repeals or amendments effected by the provision on different days.
