WATER MANAGEMENT ACT 2000 - SECT 285

285 Water supply authorities

(1) The corporations listed in Schedule 3 are water supply authorities.

(2) A corporation listed in Part 1 of Schedule 3 is, for the purposes of any Act, a statutory body representing the Crown.
