Contravention of certain directions
336C Contravention of certain directions
(1) A person who fails to comply
with a direction under this Part is guilty of an offence. : Tier 2 penalty.
(2) For the avoidance of doubt, a person fails to comply with a direction
under this Part if the direction requires compliance within a specified period
and the direction is not fully complied with within that period.
