WATER MANAGEMENT ACT 2000 - SECT 390
Authorised officers and analysts
390 Authorised officers and analysts
(1) The Minister may appoint authorised
officers, either for the purposes of this Act generally or for the purposes of
any specified provisions of this Act.
(2) The Minister may appoint authorised
analysts for the purposes of this Act.
