WATER MANAGEMENT ACT 2000 - SECT 60D
Taking water otherwise than by or from water supply work or extraction point nominated in access licence
60D Taking water otherwise than by or from water supply work or extraction
point nominated in access licence
A person who takes water from a water source to which this Part applies
otherwise than by means of a water supply work, or from an extraction point,
that is nominated in an access licence is guilty of an offence.
