YOUNG OFFENDERS ACT 1997 - SECT 15
Giving of warnings
15 Giving of warnings
(1) A warning is to be given by the investigating official and may be given at
any place, including a place where the child is found.
(2) An investigating
official who gives a warning to a child must not-- (a) attach any conditions
to the giving of a warning, or
(b) impose any additional sanctions on a child
to whom a warning is given.
(3) A warning may be given to more than one child
at the same time.
