Who can live in accessible housing?
112 Who can live in accessible housing?
(1) Development for the purpose of accessible housing shall be carried out
only for the accommodation of-- (a) older people and people with a disability,
or
(b) people who live with older people or people with a disability, or
(c)
staff employed to assist in the administration of and provision of services to
housing provided under this clause.
(2) The consent authority shall not grant
consent for accessible housing unless it is satisfied that a restriction as to
user will be registered against the title of the property on which development
is to be carried out, in accordance with section 88E of the Conveyancing Act
1919 , limiting the use of the development, including any dwelling within that
development, to the people specified in subclause (1).
