(a) is to include sufficient technical data to meet the requirements specified in any relevant development control plan that provides guidelines for the on-site disposal of wastewater, and
(b) must consider and assess--(i) the wastewater treatment system, and(ii) site selection criteria, and(iii) the capability of the development site to provide for the disposal of wastewater in accordance with clause 44 (Environmental impact).
