CRIMES (ADMINISTRATION OF SENTENCES) REGULATION 2014 - REG 121
Possession of cameras, video or audio recorders
121 Possession of cameras, video or audio recorders
(1) An inmate must not have a camera, or video or audio recording equipment,
or a charger for a camera or that kind of equipment, in his or her possession.
Note : Failure by an inmate to comply with this subclause is a correctional
centre offence.
(2) This clause does not apply to a camera, or video or audio
recording equipment, that is part of a provided device within the meaning of
Division 7A.
