"community corrections field officer" means a person who is appointed under
clause 328 and employed for the purpose of supervising offenders while the
offenders are performing community service work.
"community service administrative assistant" means a person who is employed
for the purpose of undertaking administrative tasks associated with managing
offenders subject to a community service work condition.
"offender" means a person in respect of whom an intensive correction order or
community correction order, respectively with a community service work
condition, is in force.
"supervisor" means a person who is responsible for supervising offenders
performing community service work, whether that person is employed or is a
volunteer.
