CRIMES (ADMINISTRATION OF SENTENCES) REGULATION 2014 - REG 252
Vigilance
252 Vigilance
(1) A correctional officer on duty must at all times devote
the whole of his or her attention to the performance of his or her duties.
(2) A correctional officer must not do anything that is calculated to distract
another correctional officer from the performance of the officer's duties.
(3) A correctional officer must not cease duty until permitted to do so by the
governor.
