New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA correctional officer, departmental officer or casual employee who contravenes a provision of this Regulation is not guilty of an offence but the contravention may be dealt with under section 69 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 , or any other applicable provision of that Act.
Note : The services of a temporary employee or a casual employee may be terminated at any time under section 47(2) of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013 .
