Adoption of case plan by Commissioner
29 Adoption of case plan by Commissioner
(1) After considering-- (a) the report prepared in accordance with clause 27
with respect to an inmate's case plan, and
(b) any advice by the Review
Council in relation to the report,
the Commissioner must adopt a case plan for
the inmate.
(2) The Commissioner is not bound to follow the recommendations
in the report or the advice of the Review Council.
