CRIMES (ADMINISTRATION OF SENTENCES) REGULATION 2014 - REG 307
Awards
307 Awards
(1) The various awards specified in Schedule 5 may be given to
correctional officers and departmental officers by the Commissioner in the
circumstances specified in the Schedule in relation to the awards.
(2) Awards
may be given posthumously.
(3) A Bravery Medal takes precedence over all
other awards.
