CRIMES (ADMINISTRATION OF SENTENCES) REGULATION 2014 - REG 89

89 Return of expired or cancelled permits

A person to whom a visitor's permit is issued must return it to the Commissioner as soon as the permit expires or is cancelled.

: Maximum penalty--5 penalty units.
