ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT REGULATION 2000 - REG 148B
Withdrawal of application
(1) An applicant may withdraw an application for a subdivision works
certificate at any time prior to its determination by lodging notice of the
withdrawal of the application on the NSW planning portal.
(2) The certifier
may (but is not required to) refund to the applicant the whole or any part of
the application fee paid in connection with an application that has been
withdrawn.
