ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT REGULATION 2000 - REG 268YA

268YA Subdivision works

(1) For the purposes of the definition of
"subdivision works" in Schedule 7 to the Act, works for the following purposes are prescribed--

(a) gas supply,

(b) remediation of contaminated land,

(c) demolition of a building or work if the demolition is required to carry out other subdivision works.

(2) In this clause--

"contaminated land" has the same meaning as in Part 7A of the Act.

"remediation" has the same meaning as in State Environmental Planning Policy No 55--Remediation of Land .
