ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT REGULATION 2000 - REG 275E
Requirements for development applications for Rhodes Precinct
(1) For
the purposes of the Act, section 4.12(1) and (9), a person cannot apply to a
consent authority for consent to carry out development on land within the
Rhodes Precinct unless the application is accompanied by an assessment of the
consistency of the development with the Rhodes Place Strategy.
(2) In this
clause--
"Rhodes Place Strategy" means the Rhodes Place Strategy -- (a) published on
the website of the Department, and
(b) as in force on 30 October 2021.
"Rhodes Precinct" has the same meaning as in Canada Bay Local Environmental
Plan 2013 .
