286B Savings and transitional provision: changes to development contributions
scheme
Section 93E(2) of the Act, as inserted by the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Development Contributions)
Act 2005 , extends to money paid under Division 6 of Part 4 of the Act before
its substitution by that Act.
