34 Prescribed agencies for purposes of workforce diversity

The following universities are prescribed for the purposes of the definition of
"government sector agency" in section 63 of the Act--

(a) Charles Sturt University,

(b) Macquarie University,

(c) Southern Cross University,

(d) University of New England,

(e) University of New South Wales,

(f) University of Newcastle,

(g) University of Sydney,

(h) University of Technology Sydney,

(i) Western Sydney University,

(j) University of Wollongong.
