60 Exemption from insurance for certain work funded through Teacher Housing
Authority of NSW
A holder of a contractor licence who does (under a contract entered into
before 1 September 2018) residential building work that is funded by the
Teacher Housing Authority of New South Wales is exempt from the requirements
of Part 6 of the Act in respect of that work.
