44 Imposition of road conditions in relation to a class 2 heavy vehicle
(1) This section applies for the purposes of section 160(4) of the Law.

The kinds of road conditions prescribed for section 160(1)(b) of the Law and
the circumstances in which it is appropriate to impose those conditions are in
Schedule 9.
