Prescribed type A drugs of addiction

122 Prescribed type A drugs of addiction

For the purposes of section 28 of the Act, each of the following is prescribed as a type A drug of addiction--

(a) amphetamine,
(b) dexamphetamine,
(b1) N,?-dimethyl-3,4-(methylenedioxy)phenylethylamine (MDMA),
(b2) lisdexamfetamine,
(c) methylamphetamine,
(d) methylphenidate,
(e) phendimetrazine,
(f) phenmetrazine,
(g) psilocybine,
(h) any unregistered drug of addiction that is extemporaneously compounded for a particular person for therapeutic application to that person.
