Unauthorised persons not to prescribe Schedule 2 or 3 substances
14 Unauthorised persons not to prescribe Schedule 2 or 3 substances
(1) An
authorised practitioner may issue a prescription for a Schedule 2 or 3
substance.
(2) A person must not issue a prescription for a Schedule 2 or 3
substance unless authorised to do so by this clause. : Maximum penalty--10
penalty units.
