Prescriptions for restricted substances
32 Prescriptions for restricted substances
(1) A medical practitioner,
dentist or veterinary practitioner may issue a prescription for a restricted
substance.
(2) A person must not issue a prescription for a restricted
substance unless authorised to do so by or under the Act (including by an
authority under Part 8). : Maximum penalty--15 penalty units.
